Relieve back pain through yoga

Backrest pain and back pain are now a very common problem in 80 out of 100 people. 
Especially this is not professional, more in working people, school students.

 However we do yoga and some special exercises moderate and physical alignment only we can determine this method from the beginning.

1. Navasana - Sit in parallel, keep the spine straight, lift both legs up, gently bring both hands forward and hold the control. Continue normal breathing.

4. Bhujangasana - Leaving the body completely, holding the balance along the navel with the help of both hands, slowly ascend. 

Benefits- This seat is very important for relieving back pain. The lungs regulate the balance of hormones in the body and the oxygenation of the blood with the concept of energy.

5. Ustrasana - Gently bend the knees and keep the spine straight. Fracture the body along the middle, close the former eyes attached to the two hands and ankles and continue normal breathing. 

Benefits- This seat balances your stress. This seat releases lightning from all levels of the hormone center.
